Register & Verify
Suppliers and buyers complete our onboarding forms. Our compliance team reviews all submitted documentation before activating your profile.

Issue FCO / LOI
Verified suppliers issue a Full Corporate Offer. Interested buyers respond with a Letter of Intent. NCNDA is executed by all parties.
03
SPA & Inspection
A Sales and Purchase Agreement is drawn up. Commodity is inspected by SGS or Bureau Veritas at origin with full certification issued.
04
Shipment & Close
Shipment proceeds under agreed Incoterms 2020. Payment is released per SPA terms. Commission is remitted upon confirmed delivery and settlement.
